Not sure what to say?

May God hold him in the palm of his hand. A great man and a wonderful friend

Dear Charlie: I was saddened to read of the death of your father. I was also so impressed to read about the wonderful life he lead and the dedication he showed throughout his life to his country and to his family. I know you were proud of him. This has been a very difficult Fall for you with the death of both of your dear parents. John and I will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Our love to you and Betsy and your wonderful family. Colonel Nettles was an inspiration to all that knew him. A long time friend to my father and our family, his energy, dedication and generosity, knew no bounds, and his loyalty to family, God, Corp, and country, unsurpassed. He will be missed greatly and remembered always.
