Charles Leon “Chuck” Nicholson, 23, of Shinnston, passed away December 2003. He was born in Washington, Pa the son of Ethel Louise Huey Nicholson Romeo and the late Charles Carroll Nicholson.

He is also survived by his stepfather Tom Romeo; two brothers Tim Nicholson and wife Jennifer of Worthington and T. J. Nicholson and wife Amy of Shinnston. He is also survived by one sister, Betsy Nicholson and fiancé Matt Raines of Shinnston; three step brothers Frank Romeo and Rocco Romeo, both of Shinnston and Doug Romeo, of Ohio. He is further survived by his maternal grandmother Marie Huey, of Hepzibah and step grandfather Bob Armbrester of Hepzibah; two nephews Tyler Carl Cappiello, of Mannington and Chaz Nicholson, of Worthington and one niece Chasity Nicholson of Worthington and several loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by his special friend Rhonda Rife of Clarksburg and her three daughters Kayla, Jessica and Kerri.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather John D Huey, Sr. and paternal Grandparents George and Mary Nicholson.

Mr. Nicholson worked as a telemarketer for CDG.

Family and Friends will be received at the Dorsey Funeral Home, 701 South Pike Street, Shinnston from 5-9 p.m. Monday, where services will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2003 at 11:00AM with Tammy Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in the Shinnston Masonic Cemetery.
