Charles Nieman

Charlie was a beloved friend- an intelligent, talented, creative and gifted man with deep conviction. We will miss him terribly. We are so grateful he is no longer suffering. He was a strong will and fought until the bitter end with his soulmate and warrior wife alongside him. God rest his soul. We will remember him and love him always.

So sad to hear about Charlie´s passing. I had the honor of working with him several years on the Clements University Hospital project. He was serious, but fun, and such a dedicated architect. We both shared Gainesville as a hometown, and I discovered he was in high school with my aunt Jann Patterson (now Shobe). My condolences to the family. He will be missed. -Terry Proffer
