Not sure what to say?

To the family, my deepest sympathies for the loss of your brother, husband and devoted father. Billy and I met at TRF back in 1999 and became very good friends over the years while working together. He always spoke highly of his children and the hopes he had for their aspirations in the world. He was a kind, generous, fun-loving person and one of the most dedicated workers I have known. Unfortunately, I lost contact with Billy when he moved back to Charleston. I am sure he will be sorely...

Joel, David, Rachel, and Aunt Nancy--I just wanted to tell you that I love all of you and my thoughts and prayers will continue to be with you. Your family including Uncle Billy was a huge part of a childhood that contributed to some of my happiest moments. Aunt Mary and Aunt Kelly--thank you so much for making me feel welcome with all of you at the service and after. Let's not
let the next time we get together be a sad one.

Billy was my first true love. While our young love affair ended decades ago, my love and deep appreciation for him and all the wonderful memories we shared growing up have endured and will remain for the rest of my life. He was truly one of the kindest, gentlest, human beings I have ever had the privilege of knowing. I am deeply and profoundly saddened by his passing. My heartfelt sympathies are extended to his devoted family and friends. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

I've known Billy for a long time. We worked together at the Charleston Naval Shipyard and at TRF Kingsbay. He was a good person and a good friend. I will miss him.

I ONLY HAD THE OPPURTUNITY TO MEET BILLY ONCE BUT I DO KNOW HOW MUCH HE WAS LOVED BY HIS SISTERS MARY AND KELLY.MY THOUGHT S AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO YA'LL.I KNOW HE IS AT PEACE NOW AND NO MORE SUFFERING.
