Not sure what to say?

I'll never forget you or that night brother.

I went to Corps school with Otter. It would snowing outside while on liberty and he would have on shorts long mismatched socks with strange prints. I was the class leader. He had a way of making everyone smile and laugh. Although I only knew him a short while, I think of him often. Very respectfully, HMC(SS/SW/AW) Gary Robertson, USS ALASKA (SSBN 732)(GOLD)

I served for a very short while with Otter! He was good man who talked about his Dodge Neon! I hope he finds peace! I was lucky enough to talk to him 3 days prior to his passing and continue conversationj with his mother. I hope that he finds peace and his family knows that he fought for those around him. Ottor was a selfless person who truly embodied what we all strive for.

Corpsmen are singularly the most courageous men alive. Others before self.
Thank you DOC
Proud Father of a Devil Doc

We shared time together for a short time but I think of you everyday man.

Otter,
we never hung out much in high school. I regret that. We knew each other from sports and had classes together but we never ate lunch together. i wish we had. When i found out you died i was in shock, in shock that you died, in shock that it was wile you where with 3/4, the exact unit I had just left. Furthermore I felt it was a sign personally to me that you died on my 24th birthday. I'm so sorry bro. until we meet...
