Peggy and family, what a pleasure to meet a Shipmate and share some tales of the sea in the past few weeks. He has sailed beyond the horizon to a safe port where the storms of life are of the past. His anchor is firm in this port of celestial anchorage where there is only a fair wind and following sea. I know that his Crow has been with him over the years not just recently. He has been ashore for years, however a part of him has continued to sail the sea. May the days ahead be filled with the memories of a Sailor who stood his watch well and who wore his Flat Hat with the dignity it deserved. I know there is an old Chief in this new port who will welcome him and let him know his watch is completed and he stands relieved.
