Chuck gave me my very first "big girl job" working for the DA's Office, a position I still hold today. Chuck was a very kind and giving man, very dedicated to seeking justice for victims in Yuba County. May he rest in peace.

Hello Marcy and the girls - I wasn't able to attend Chuck's service as I'm down with a case of covid. Chuck and I had a long and close relationship in the DA's office, and I learned a great deal from him. His professional legacy will always be the prosecution of Eric Houston; his personal legacy is his deep faith and facing and overcoming adversity, which can be a model for us all.
