4/13/23. I do not know Chuck or his family but I did have the fortune of finding Chuck´s Memorial complete with a beautifully hand painted picture of Mr Ochsner while hiking on the Streamside Trail on the Otter Creek Horse Trail system near Greig NY today! What a wonderful testament to an apparently well lived life! Im sure Chuck is smiling down on you for placing this beautiful memorial in his honour in such a peaceful, perfect spot along the beautiful Independence River! Its apparent that...
