Dr.Charles Oswalt was in Graham, Tx for a few years. I did see him a few times, what a genuinely nice man. Then much later I seen Dr.Barry Oswalt as my Dr in Ftworth. It seems sincerely nice men in the Oswalt family and my pleasure to have at least met these 2 brothers. My ?? heart breaks for the family, Charlotte West ?
