Not sure what to say?

My husband, Michael Spicer built Carib Owl for Chuck in the 1970's. Also did lots of work for Chick. Just learning that Chick died years ago. Only great memories of your Dad and Grandfather. Gini and Michael Spicer Whatever happened to Carib Owl?

I had the pleasure of being friends and spending time with Chick. He was always kind and welcoming to my daughter and me. I have missed him. Thank you, Carey, for sharing these photos. I met you a long time ago before you had your beautiful little girls. Im glad they got to spend time with their Pop pop. My condolences to you, JW, Glynn and the rest of your family.

A very long time ago I had the pleasure of meeting Chick. We shared a few outings together attending the Maryland and Virginia spring steeplechase races. Chick had a zest for life that was contagious. He was an extremely intelligent, caring and generous man. He had such passion for his family and the extreme sports which he loved. My most sincere condolences to the family for their loss of this truly unique man.

Thundering thru the mist-Sure Move, Inns of Court, Generous Reward and Blue Barbizon to name a few race on to meet with Chick, It was a pleasure to work and train with Chick and his horses.

The Essential Care Team send our condolences and prayers. Chick will truly be missed. It has been a real pleasure knowing Chick and caring for him. He will always hold a special place in our hearts. Sincerely,
