Not sure what to say?

Dear Cathy, John, Nancy & Bob

I was so glad I was able to see Chuck at Allysa's first birthday party. I especially liked insisting on getting him some ice cream to be added to a slice of apple pie and the pleasure it brought him.

We shared many great and forever memorable times together; backpacking in the Sierras, fishing on the upper Kern, camping at Needle Rock Creek, tennis partners at the Racquet Club, playing hearts in front of the fireplace and countless dinners...

Dear Cathy, John, Nancy and Robert and families -

I am very sorry to hear of Chuck's passing but am sure he is receiving his reward. He was a wonderful man and a gentle spirit.

Cathy - You and Chuck were among my mother's most special friends and she always spoke so very fondly of you.

All of the Pennsylvania Snooks extend our sympathy and wish you all the best.

John, Nancy, & Robert
I was saddened to read of the passing of your father. May God be with your families providing strength and hope to all.

Dr. Owens had the most wonderful bedside manner of any Doctor I've ever met.He was Very, very kind and encouraging. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing, but I know he'll be treated well in Heaven.

Chuck Owens was one of the nicest guys I ever had the good fortune to know. I was in his graduating class at KCUHS in 1942. At the reunions throughout the years, he was continually jovial and sincere.
We offer our condolences to all of you in Chuck's family.

You are all in my prayers, and we know that he is in a much better place that is muched deserved. In the time I worked for chuck I grew so close to him, cathy and the rest of the family. You all made me feel like family and I thank you for that. Chuck means a great deal to me and it was not just a job to me it was me taking care of someone I loved deeply. He had such a successful life and I can only hope to have the kind of happiness and succsess he had,...

Thank you, Dr. Owens! I know that you are enjoying your Graet Reward! You healed me of unbearable pain and I am eternally greatful! Your hands were truly gifted and God blessed my life with your gift.

Keeping the Owens family in my prayers. He was a great Doctor. A classmate of mine just passed with the same disease.

To the Owens family,
I may not have known Charles but we all knew his deeds. He was a WWII hero. He unselfishly served this great republic and would have laid down his life for ours, I know he would. If this is the same John Owens that I knew as a boy, I'm sorry John for your loss and even though we have lost another hero, God has gained a protector...May God bless all of you in this time of need...
