Steve and I were shocked to hear of Chuck's passing.
We spent wonderful times at the big house on Queen Anne. Chuck would always prepare a feast. He seemed so natural in the kitchen. The results were always superb.
Your dad was proud of all of you, your careers, the wonderful people you had become (how could you be anything else with Lyn and Chuck as parents) and your children's successes.
I know you will miss your dad everyday. May you find peace...

To the Palmer Family my heartfelt condolences on the passing of my friend and colleague,MG Charles Palmer. Chuck as he was fondly known by the many members of the 124th ARCOM will be always be remembered for his willingness to have a great party and good food. It has been many years since I last saw him but I never will forget the genuine person that he always was. Rest in Peace, Old Warrior.
