Charles PALMER

My cousin Charlie was a gentle soul, a devoted son, loving husband to Jane and stepfather to Becky and Katie. He was also a thoughtful intellect with interests extending well beyond his work as a senior water engineer at the Southwest Florida Water Management District. I am thankful for his positive input into my life and will miss him.
