Not sure what to say?

I found out about Charlie's death only this week. While I was in management my whole career,he helped this rookie supervisor on C shift (early 70's). He showed me how to work within the agreements and have a productive department and enpowered employees. I will never forget that lesson or the good friend Charlie became to me. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

To Bill, Mary and the entire Pearce Family my condolences are with you and I will continue to keep you in my prayers.

Our prayers are with you,The Charlie Pearce family. The BCTGM family an I mourn the loss of a great Brother and Friend

To the family of Charlie Pearce:
Charlie was a great friend and a pleasure to be around. I always enjoyed going down to see him at the Richmond Labor Council office when I visited Local 203-T's office. He would always have a funny story to tell about himself or Wallace Mergler.

Charlie was a great labor leader with infinite wisdom and common sense. He will be missed by all he represented and his legacy will remain with us: stand up for your rights, stand up for you...
