Not sure what to say?

Charlie, it's so hard to believe you've been in Heaven for 14 years. Hope you have met my mom, dad, and three brothers. God bless you and all of us, too. This is a crazy world!

Ashton - Big thoughts about your Dad today as we are wrapping up arrangements to hold our 52nd Bishop Kenny Class of 1970 reunion this fall. Charlie was such an integral part of our BK and FSU memories. Everybody´s friend. Sincerely. Always smiling and happy to see you. Please know Chittle Larlie is remembered and loved in our hearts. Peace be with you, dear.

Once again I find myself writing in Charlie's guest book, and cannot believe he's gone. Charlie was the love of my life, all the things we did is still so vivid in my mind. Charlie, if you are reading this from above, please know I will always love you..Buggy

When I read all the messages from all the people that loved Charlie, I have to say it makes me smile. I was with Charlie a long time, and I was always amazed at how many friends he had. We flew to Miami Florida, and he knew 5 different people either on the plane or in the airport. Going to football games not just with Florida State, but other colleges & him knowing so many people there. I still cannot believe he's gone. I think of him constantly and all the wonderful times we had. He was...

I believe I posted here when Charlie passed. This year would have been Charlies 50th Bishop Kenny High School Reunion. COVID-19 has canceled the event, but Charlie is ever remembered and loved as an integral part of our high school experience. Charlie truly never knew a stranger and all of us that remember him do so with love, affection, and a smile. He touched us all. His daughter should know he was loved strongly by his fellow teens. Charlie and I also went to FSU together. I was a Little...

Ashton, I only just found out that your dad passed away. I am heart broken, Also to find out that Charlie Sr passed really put me in a state of depression. Charlie was a very special person. The world is not the same without him. Just know that your dad & grandfather worshiped the ground you walked on.

RIP Charlie, I will always love you,

BUGGY

Ashton, I was a classmate of Charlie's at St Jude's and we continued our friendship while I was at Notre Dame and he at Barry. I lost track of him when the family moved. I was crushed when I read in the obit that he live on Ft Myers Beach. I live in Ft Myers. I wish I had stayed connected and could have continued our friendship. He was a wonderful kid and I know he had to have been a wonderful man. Someone mentioned his blue eyes. They were startling with those lashes. Our lives are richer...
