Charles Michael Phelan

Charles M. "Charlie" Phelan of Madison, WI died on July 1st, at the age of 77, after a brief struggle with cancer. A loving husband, brother, uncle, and friend, Charlie will be greatly missed. A memorial is planned for July 21st.To view and see service details, please visit:
