Read MoreI will never forget one of my favorite teachers. Early 80's at OCMS Mr. Phelps taught us the life lesson of 'warm fuzzies and cold pricklies'. He really left an impact on me in regards to being a good human. RIP Mr Phelps. To his friends and family, I am sorry for your loss.
