Not sure what to say?

He took good care of my Nana or Mrs. Estelle Burrowes in 1960. I followed him and Dr. Wallace all over the place. I yearned for men like him in my life. Grant Charles eternal rest in peace. +KCE

I had many wonderful meals with Charlie and Lucille on the Vineyard where I live year round - they were wonderful friends.....

Dear Family Plotz, I have just learned that my dear cousin Charles has passed away and left a huge hole in many hearts. I remember him as a little girl, a teen ager, a single and then married woman and now as an old lady. Charles was sweet , tender, and so loving to me. I will miss him and remember him with pure pleasure. Lu and Charles were my role models for a rich and full life. Sarah Bluestone Hirschfield

Dear Lucille and family, Charlie was one of the most remarkable men I ever met. I was fortunate to have him as my attending as a medical student at Kings County Hospital. He was inspirational. He made us all want to do better in our care for out patients. He was a physician, researcher and educator second to none. But above all, he was a warm, kind, loving person. I shall never forget him and how fortunate I was that he came my way.

Sincerely,

Ray Scalettar, MD, DSc

Our Condolences to Lucille and the family.

I just spoke with Tobe and learned of Charlie's passing. Tobe and I remembered the wonderful times we all spent in Paris together including the night Steve and she dressed up for the Turkish dinner Chris and I cooked. Charlie always made me smile.
Thank you for sharing him. XKaren

To the family of Charles Plotz, please accept my sincerest sympathies on your loss.
What a wonderful vocation to have - to help beautify even a small part of this place we call home. Not so farfetched since God's original purpose was for whole earth to be a beautiful garden (Genesis 1:27,28). May you draw comfort from God's promise to Abraham to bless his offspring (Genesis 17:7) forever. So, we can look to the future with the sure hope of seeing Mr. Charles again.

My late father, Bernard Winkler, was so delighted that the Weckstein family snagged Charlie, a marvelous addition. He was one of a kind. I will always remember his smile and the stories he told. My condolences to Lucille and "the boys."

What a loss. We are the better for having known Charlie and we send only our warmest wishes to his family--especially Lucille and his boys-- as we acknowledge now and always the profound impact of Charlie's life on our world.

With admiration, affection, and great gratitude for this life well lived,

Kristin & David Harman
