Not sure what to say?

My symphathy to all family and My friend of many years, Tommy Pollman.

Aunt Beverly,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and family.
Love,
Joyce Yocum (Janie's sister)

Aunt Beverly, Leannah, and all my Pollman cousins,

So sorry to hear of Uncle Charles' passing. I knew from recent conversations with Leannah and Tommy that he was not doing well. I suppose we can take comfort in memories of better days, and be happy that he is no longer suffering. Wish I could be there to give you a hug in person; please know that I am sending them to you along with my thoughts. Much love to you all.

What a wonderful Southern
gentleman we have lost. He was
proud (and rightly so) of his business
but equally successful as husband
and father. Mobile, Al is a better place because of him.

To Leannah and her loving family,my thoughts and prayers are with you. I remember the great times going to the Bay House, eating soft shell crab, chocolate chip cookies from the Bakery. All are fun times that will always be remembered and cherished.

I met him on a trip to Mobile with Lee Duncan. I will miss his big smile and great hugs. I know your grief is strong now but try to to find comfort in knowing he is hugging loved ones in heaven. We wish we could be there with you but know we are praying for you.

We are sad for your loss but we should all be happy for Charles' long life and legacy of fine family and friends that he leaves.

May God bless and keep the Pollman family. I have fond childhood memories of goodies purchased at the bakery on Broad St and Virginia AV, especially the brownies. I graduated from McGill in 1969 with Charlie Pollman, who was a merchant seaman and student at the University of South Alabama. I too lost my father (June 28, 2008), he was 87 years of age; he was a native Mobilian as well. Thank God for our dad's.
