His input led to my career change to forensic engineering in 2003, and I enjoyed interacting with him at ASTM, NCEES, and NAFE conferences since then. We also discussed many cases on the phone, and shared some fine meals in NOLA. A true gentleman.

Chuck Prewitt lived out the faith. I had the honor of being his pastor for about seven years. His dedication to the church and the countless hours he put into were of immeasurable help to Parkway. But, more than that, you knew it wasn't just some organization to Chuck but that he was doing his diligence to do his best for God. I appreciate Chuck, will miss him, and look forward to seeing him one day in God's kingdom.
