I remember chip pushed me to be the best I can be, I remember going to his mom's house and feeling like I was family,his brother Mark use to play with me,he was tall and I just had fun of course I was a kid,chip got me into dancing, football, basketball and drums,,i was good because he pushed me to strive to be the best...I miss him so much..I did see him in 2006,and i help him until he passed away, MUCH love chip,rest in peace..

May chip forever rest in paradise,I've known him since I was a Lil girl,most know me by Renee he walked in a place I worked at and I started helping him on lol jobs remodeling,I left before he passed away,lost of memories with chip.my condolences to his family.he will truly be missed..I knew his family well when I was younger great family love you all,his mom and brother that had the motorcycle he crashed was always caring when I went to visit..

Our condolescences to Edna and all the family. Chip will be missed. We worked many jobs together. His intellingence was a valued assest in all our business ventures. Sincerely, Phillip Payne SR.

As his FIRST niece, I would like to extend my condolences to my dear Uncle Chip!!!!! May he rest in peace! As I sit back and think about him, I remember the conversations that we used to have and being fortunate enough to spend the quality times I was able to share with him..He was just the sweetest man a niece could ever have, A REAL FAMILY MAN and for that he will be missed....his nephew-in-law (my husband) and his great nephew (my son) definitely missed out on a great one....I love you and...

I can't even express the loss I feel for my dear family. My Second mom Katie..I'm so sorry and my heart hurts for you and my husband Mark and brother and sisters-in-law, as well as nephews and neice. Know that I'm asking GOD to ease the pain for all of us and rejoice that my brother-in-law is at peace and in heaven. I admire the strength and courage that Chip had and I hear his gentle voice sing in my thoughts.
