Not sure what to say?

To know him was to love him. Always a smile on his face Abner thinking of him today puts one on my face too. One Christmas he presented me with a hat embossed with Village Animal Hospital and my name ..... I still wear that goof hat and think of him.

I have such fond memories of you David - your heart, your soul and your wit.
We were all better for having known you.
Charlotte and I look forward to seeing you at another time ....

I send my warmest thoughts and prayers, to the family and friends, you will be missed by everyone that was blessed to have known you..there were many great laughs at village animal hospital..

David will be missed very much

The days Dave came into the clinic were always brighter due to his sense of humor. He was kind, caring, and the world will be less without him. My deepest sympathies are with your family.

You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Midlothian Trojans Class of 1982

A kind and gentle soul has been lost. You were a bright, funny and loving "kid", that managed to keep those wonderful qualities into adulthood.

Godspeed David!

David,

You were my collegue, but most importantly you were my friend. I will miss the time we spent together on the sporting clays range, going to eat afterward, and the over-acting in the action movies. Heaven has gained an asset and the world is less bright. You will be missed my friend. Until we meet again...

- Eric

To your family you have my deepst sympathy & sorrow.

Big Dave you will be missed. I enjoyed our many conversations and your humor since you started at Coal CreeK Armory. You will always be remembered in a good light. Rest in Peace my friend.
