To the Queiroga Family, I found out today that Charlie had passed away. I was deeply saddened by this news and disappointed that I missed the chance to pay my respects and say goodbye. I met Charlie as a patient & we instantly made a connection due to his infectious personality. From that point on he became my go to mechanic and friend.
