I knew Mr. Quirk (Charlie) mostly through the Huntsville Republican Men's Club.
(I worked for IBM for 30 years but never interfaced w/him during that time).
His quiet interest and care in current events was always a joy to behold. I will miss him. I pray those nearest to him will take comfort and consolation that he is now in a better place, continuing his care and concern for all he left behind. Of this, I am absolutely certain.
