Not sure what to say?

To the many friends and family who shared our Dad's life with him and continue to share ours with us -- thanks for your kind thoughts and prayers. We have always been inspired by his strength, energy, and perserverance. His positive influence obviously touched many and we were fortunate to be a part of his life, and him a part of ours. Stay in touch -- Chuck

I can't begin to tell you how much I have appreciated Charlie over the years. He was always a champion for me and my business with his Peterbilt dealerships and always a friend to me and my husband, Ken, outside of work. Such a sweetheart! I am also grateful that we kept in touch after he retired. One thing is for sure, he didn't miss a thing in life - always had a blast at everything he did and made sure those around him did the same.
Fondly,
Cindy and Ken Butler

Irene & family we are so sorry for your loss, my heart goes out to you.You are in our thoughts and prayers now and always.

WONDERFUL WITH A WONDERFUL FAMILY. HE WILL BE MISSED.

Chuck & family,
I was so sorry to hear of your father's death. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Irene and Family,
Glenn and I are sincerely sorry for your loss. Although we just got to know Charlie the last few years through Sharon and Jimmy, we always felt welcome in Columbia or at your home. Our prayers are with you and the family. Charlie will always share a special place in our thoughts.
Glenn Braddock and Shannon Parris

Chuck,
I am sorry for your loss. I will always remember your father for the time he spent as our basketball coach in Y league. I know from teaching that one of the greatest gifts any person can give children is simply time and attention.

Irene, you are in my prayers. I have very fond memories of you, Charlie, Reggie and Delaine in your beautiful home in Hilton Head and at the Farmers Market (tailgating), that I will never forget! I'm glad you guys are a part of my life! What a wonderful inspiration Charlie and you have been in my life!! Call me when you can! I always have and I always will love you! Wendy.

Dear Charles, Erin and family,
We were saddened to hear the news of your father, father in law and grandfather. Allen and I along with Katie and Mitch wish to extend our deepest thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this sad time. May peace be with you.

Maury, Allen, Mitch and Katie Davis
