My greatest condolences to his family on the passing of Chuck. I have manny warm memories of him when we all used to hang out for years in the singles group at Faith Baptist Church. I noticed that he retired years ago but didn´t know he was sick. I still have the beautiful Wedgwood cup with saucer he brought back from England for me so long ago. Listen to me now and hear me later. Charles was a good friend and hard working civil servant. His comic relief was appreciated in times of high stress or tedious work hours. Especially his Hans and Franz routine. It is comforting to know of Chuck´s personal relationship with the Lord and that he is now in a far better place, free of suffering. Russ and Tammy G.

I knew Chuck at NSA, though not well, as we worked different shifts in different branches. He kept his head down and did his work. A good man. Godspeed, Chuck.

So sorry to hear of Chuck's passing... I worked at NSA with Chuck for several year's on the night shift. Without "day weenies," boring and unproductive meetings, we were able to get a lot of work done and still have fun. I really enjoyed Chuck's great sense of humor, and his ability to draw. We shared a lot laughs. I would call him "Rayla, and he would call me "Barnett." It was a joke between us about people would mispronounce our surnames: Ralya and Barnitt. May Chuck RIP! Richard "Barney"...
