May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

He was a great guy and will be missed.

Offering my condolences for the Ralya family. Sorry for your loss. May the peace of God comfort you during this difficult time.

My greatest condolences to his family on the passing of Chuck. I have manny warm memories of him when we all used to hang out for years in the singles group at Faith Baptist Church. We shared a lot laughs. I would call him "Rayla, and he would call me "Barnett." It was a joke between us about people would mispronounce our surnames: Ralya and Barnitt. May Chuck RIP! Richard "Barney"...
