Our love and sympathy to all the family. We will miss your trips to Illinois and our Rapp luncheons.

Very sorry to learn of your loss. Sincere condolences to your family.

Chuck was a part of my 29 years at USAMRIID. He was always a bright spot in my day, whether we chatted about the Institute news of the day or his latest umpiring escapade. He will always be one of my fonder working memories. I´m so sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry to hear the news of Chuck's passing. He was the heart of Cell Culture at USAMRIID for so many years. He was always upbeat and smiling, and was able to figure a way to get your order done, no matter what. He was so incredibly knowledgeable! Even last week, we were talking about him and what a great guy he was. He always spoke of his travels with Loretta, umping games and his kids whenever we would chat. I will miss him. We will all miss him. Heart-felt condolences to Chuck's...

Chuck recruited me as umpire from National LL in Frederick City in the 90's as president of Fredrick County Umpires Association. Changed my life! Great person, great family man, great friend! RIP my friend! I'll never forget!

I´d like to express my sincere condolences to the Rapp family. For 25 years, Chuck and I worked directly with each other at Usamriid, I have so many fond memories of him. A common bond between us was that we were both originally from Illinois, we talked sports daily. He was a good friend and a good man, a family man, a man of God. One of the nicest guys I´ve ever known. May God comfort Loretta and the entire family.

I am so sorry to hear of Chuck's passing! My mammalian cells were prepared by Chuck at USAMRIID and they were always perfect. Very professional and knew his stuff! He always had a smile, always ready to chat, kind, a fatherly/grandfatherly figure, old school in a good way. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear of Mr. Rapp's passing. What a wonderful Man! He was always so kind whenever we would see him in the neighborhood. May God comfort the family during this difficult time . The Lightner's at 4521 Pinewood
