Dale hired me in 1994 to be the Victim Assistance Coordinator at the Fremont Count Sheriff's Office. I ended up staying for almost 20 years. He was a Good man and I was so glad to know him. Juli, my heart hurts for you and family. Rest In Peace Dale.
