Charles Real

If this is the Charlie Real I knew, he was USAF Weatherman and weather rocket “Rocketsonde” technician in Thule, Greenland, while I was there.
He was liked by everyone. He headed up a 4-man team at the launch site which launched weather rockets 50 miles high over the Greenland icecap. I have missed him all these years, and wondered about him. Greetings to his family and friends.

I was with the 6th MOB from Jan70-Jun72 and remember Charlie from that time. My condolences to the Family.

I met Charlie in August 1970 when he was my team leader on the CHASE project. HE led by example and Charlie will be missed by all who knew him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

We first met Charlie in El Centro, CA in the spring of 1964. He was a fine gentle man and we know he will be missed.

I was in the 6th Weather Squadron (Mobile from 60-63) I remember ChucK from later years at the reunions. My sincere thanks to Chuck for his service and my sympathy to his family.

I was in 6th Wx with Charlie '66 thru '68. He was a good guy. We'll miss him.

MY deepest sympathy to the family. Charlie and I go back almost 50 years. A great friend who always had a good word and smile for everyone he met. He' ll be missed. May God Bless him.
