Not sure what to say?

My prayers and thoughts are with you and the entire Reed family. I only today found out about his passing and I'm heart broken. It has been a while since Chucky and I were together but he has always been deep down in my heart. Chucky and I go back along ways, we grew up together in the backyard of the house on Tallapoosa St. His grandfather and grandmother (Popa Sol and Mrs. Dora) made sure we got it right. We had a special bond and I will feel his absence until I see him again... and I know...

Keeping you and your family uplifted in prayer.

B. J., Stevie & Delvin

My sympathy goes to the Reed family. Mr. Reed was the best band director ever! Once we played the song by Quincy Jones Stuff Like That, we had so much fun. I was a majorette, Class of 1981 Charles B. Glenn High. R.I.P. Mr Reed

My deepest sympathy goes to the Reed family. I have so many fond memories of Mr. Reed as a member of his band at Glenn High School. He was a wonderful band director and mentor. May God bless you all during this difficult time. Angela Stewart Baker

May God be with you and your family. I just found out about Mr. Reed today. My prayers go out to you and your family. May God bless you always. Mary & Gary Harris.

To the Reed Family,

It takes a moment to say so long to a dear friend like Mr. Reed. We had coffee and some type of breakfast everyday that I worked with him at Daniel Payne Middle. He was an awesome band instructor and I was his side kick (the band booster President) during his last two years there at Daniel Payne. He gave the children a voice through their music, I was amazed at the transformation. Especially during this time of year I would hear him playing all the Christmas...

I will keep you and your family in my prayers. I worked with Mr. Reed at Wylam School and just recently saw him at my church playing for the Jazz Vespers. We talked about how good God is. Keep your spirits high.
Carolyn C. Green

I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Cherish your memories and trust in God.

Chapter 5418 of AARP

My Deepest Sympathy to Patricia and the Reed Family. You were all just like family to me and I want you to know you all are in my heart and thoughts. I was out of town so I was not able to make it to the services but my spirit was there with you and it remains. I am praying for you in your sorrow but God will send peace and tranquility and joy in the memories he left. He was a true mentor for all of us and we all loved him.
