Dear Reilly Family, I am late in sending this and hope it gets to you all. Uncle Charlie was and is in my mind, one of the most gracious, caring and wonderful man I've ever met. I only knew him as my Uncle and although I hadn't been very close to him over the years, he always knew my name and who I was. The last time I saw him was when Aunt Flossie passed. Dearest Reilly Family, Deepest sympathy to each of you on the passing of your dear, old Dad! My husband Roy Hoch was a fellow Girard Brother, `47. Your father lived the Girard philosophy every day. Roy & I spent many Founder´s Day & Ocean City fall class reunions with your parents, they talked " bragged " about each of their children constantly. While I never knew Charlie, I knew of him thru his car collecrion. But after reading his obituary I realize we were "Girard brothers" having graduated myself in 1966. Small world as I am also related to the Casey family, owners of the Villa Roma. To Charley's family and the Casey's please accept my condolences for the loss of your Dad and a very exceptional friend.
