He never had a bad word to say about anybody. You could talk to Charley about anything - statistics, cancer research, sports, etc. Our condolences to his family.

Charlie Riggs was a fine gentleman. My late husband, Kurt Windlinx, worked for him beginning in the late '60's at Fort Detrick.
