Not sure what to say?

Luc and I remember you both fondly from our days together in Mons, even after all these years. Charles was one of the wittiest people we have ever met and we still laugh at his comment about the fit of his trews. Our sincere condolences to Araminta and Paul (who was 6 when we knew him)

We were at school together and he was a great wit and we kept in touch until he retired from the army. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Rest in peace my friend
Araminta I présent you my condolences
Paul

Araminta, i am devastated to hear about Charles. He was always so kind and supportive to everyone and i always enjoyed his company. A great loss to the Royal Scots and the Royal Scots family and of course to you, Paul and Alastair. Sincere condolences Michele Daniels

Araminta, I am so sorry and saddened. Charles was a treasured friend from school days who was one of the nicest and funniest people I ever knew. You are all much in my thoughts.

I was so sad to read about Charles. We had a lot of laughs in the past. Please accept my condolences.

My sincere condolences to the family on the passing of your loved one, Charles. May the God of peace and comfort strengthen the family during this difficult time.

To Araminta: This is shocking news, and we all send our deepest sympathy. We will be thinking of you. With much love, William, Amanda and family, Sherborne.
