Charles E. Roach ELIZABETH CITY - Charles Edward Roach, 19, of the 1100 block of Reid Drive, died Nov. 6, 2008. A funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in Corinth Baptist Church. Twiford's Memorial Chapel is in charge.
