Sorry to read of Charles passing. I first met Charley when I was working construction after high school. Later on some 20 years later Charley and I did a lot of softball umpiring together. We did the Kiracofe Tourney finals for about 5 years running. Charley and I also did the finals of the Carp Rodeo one year and had a blast. My condolences to his family. Call em like you see them Charley.
