1939- 2025 Charles Henry Romaine, 85, of Laramie died July 10. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Union Pacific Railroad Depot; 600 S. 1st Street in Laramie. Lunch will be provided following the memorial.
