Not sure what to say?

Dear Shirley and Family,

As you know Charlie was a "one of a kind" guy. Our custom made Grouchy Fisherman plaque he made for us is still hanging in our foyer, except now it has more of a special meaning to us since Charlie is gone. It truly is a one of a kind, just like him. No matter what anyone can say now, the only thing that will help you over this hurdle is time. Time is on your side. Take care and stay strong!

Dear Sister Shirley,
After reading some of the tributes to Charlie I can only wish that I had gotten to know him sooner as I know I would have truly enjoyed his company and friendship. My prayers are still with you and can only hope and pray that you and his sons remember him as he lived.
I hope to see you at our church some Sunday as you have a standing invitation to come worship with us at 1st Babtist Biloxi.
In His Name,

Jay Kravette

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

I only met Charlie a couple of times and he was a really good guy and farther.

Our deepest sympathy and heartfelt love to Shirley and family. May God Bless and bring you Peace. We will always remember Charlie with fond memories and a smile.

It was a pleasure to work with Charlie for several years while trying to close out old contractual issues at Lake Charles. My prayers are with you.

I am very saddened by the news of Charlie's passing. He was a always helpful and willing to teach. His jest for life will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

I was very sorry to hear of the passing of Charlie. He was well liked by all who knew and worked with him at the "Old Grumman". God Bless you and help you through this difficult time. I'll keep him and you all in my prayers. George

Shirley & Family
