Not sure what to say?

Charlie was an innovative creative engineer He was recognized for his creativity by the IEEE with the designation of IEEE FELLOW I am proud to be counted among his friends. I visited a couple of times at his home. Miriam and he were gracious hosts.

Charlie's spirit warms my heart and always will. So many quick moments shared with a witty comment given or that impish grin of his shared. I remember well his turn as "God" in The Skin of Our Teeth, perfect casting! I did not know all of this about him, but I'm not surprised. His exuberance for life and generous heart was palpable.I will sure miss him, but his zest for living and giving will continue to be an inspiration!

Dear Charlie, knowing you, having you in our lives brought us immeasurable joy and comfort. Even though we only participated in the last decade of your life, we learned from you just how brightly a person's light could shine into the hearts of others. We will never forget you or the examples that you set in humility, compassion, and how to live, love, laugh, and leave a giant legacy. Rest In Peace and look out for us when it's our time to join you. God Bless, Patrick, Barbara and Henry Christian

Such a lovely human being. Warm, friendly, witty, curious and neighborly certainly fit him to a T.
I was only fortunate enough to know Charlie during the last year of his life, but a bond of kinship was formed through shared stories and laughs via our Artists Repertory Theatre community. Thank you Charlie and Miriam for your love and support if the arts.
Charlie, it will be my pleasure to pass on your infectious and easy smile, your curious nature and honest interest in others....

Roy and I will miss Charlie's smile, his laugh, his good humor under almost any circumstances. It was always a pleasure to be in his company. As well as being a good friend and peer, he was a surrogate father and grandfather to our family. We both miss him very much, and our hearts go out to Miriam and his family.
