Memory Eternal, Father Charlie! I have known few nicer human beings than you! For the Parkrose Schools you were a complete blessing, and to teach Tammy was a feisty joy! I still laugh at your telling me that UCC stood for "Unitarians Considering Christ." I truly miss your smiling face. +Fr. Dn. David B. Cole, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral

For years, Charlie and Gloria comprised a very, very treasured team of temporary election workers at Multnomah County Elections. Dependable, loyal, non-judgemental, funny, generous, kind, and always nonpartisan. They were the epitome of what makes democracy work. They made a difference in the lives of many. RIP, Charlie.
