Very sorry for Your Loss As a former Jr Bees player I can honestly say that playing for Coach Rowland Dave Vergeretti Paul Yurkon and Andy Piazza was the best year of football and sports in my life. Coach Rowland and his staff were a unique bunch of guys and playing for him was a true pleasure.I did not see him alot over the years but when I did he always went out of his way to say hello. Rest in Peace Coach maybe there is another team that needs you wherever you are. Dr Charles Gonzales

My deepest condolences to the Rowland family,

As a former player on the Jr. Bees I haven't seen coach Rowland in many years but have thought of him often. He had a unique way of connecting with his players and bringing out the best, even in those of us who were not very talented. He wasn't one of those modern, “sensitive coaches just guy who you knew cared about you at the end of the day. I can remember him vividly “gently coercing us to give our all, all of the time...

Charlie was obviously such a gift to his family and community. May you cherish his memory forever.
With love,
Alison

Love,
