Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Rubin, Betsy and Deborah,

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Although I didn't know Mr. Rubin, Betsy and I have commented many times over the years how alike her parents and mine were, so I have a fondness for the Rubins that goes beyond my deep affection for Betsy and Steve.

I hope the memories of happy times will be of comfort to you all now and in the future.
