Charles Andrew Ruff

I first met Chuck Ruff, um... sometime around 1975 or 1980. He rented office space from me on Belleview Ave., just off of Main Street. Chuck, from my perspective, was a hard working, dedicated fellow, who 'walked the walk.' While we touched bases only a few times over the years, I always held Chuck in the highest regard.
