Not sure what to say?

My son, Craig and I, met Chuck when we sought help after my son was injured. I didn't know where to turn to try and get help for my son. We met with a few different lawyers, and my son wanted to have Chuck as his lawyer, (he was 16 at the time, and I believe he and Chuck were instant friends). In a process that is so intimidating, Chuck not only made my son feel very at ease through the entire process, but my son also became very close to Chuck, who, I feel, treated my son as though he cared...

Chuck helped me with a couple of legal problems a few years ago, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. I took him a big gift basket at the end of our first arbitration to thank him for his help, good humor, and fairness to me

I have never met Chuck in fact I have only seen him once, the day my sister and her family adopted Jake. I can only say "Thank you" for changing our family forever in a way that words can not express. What you did for Jake took the heart of a dear person. My sister (Jay Workman) and her husband Alan will miss your sweet spirit forever. Thank you for making their lives complete.

Dear Lance and Family: We were so sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. We love and miss you and will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. All our love to you at this difficult time.

To all of Chuck's family;

Friends in California send you heartfelt wishes for comfort as you grieve, joy as you remember, and peace as you move forward. Chuck was a kind and thoughtful man and a good friend. He made a difference in the lives of many people, and will remain in our hearts forever. We loved him and will miss him very much.

Shari, Brighton, Sean and Michael, our prayers are with you. You must know that he is looking down upon you with the same love...

Chuck,

I owe you the world. I am so grateful for all the time and effort that you put in on our behalf in regards to my son, Jake. I think about you often and am so grateful at the passion you had with us to fight for something we all believed in. You've amazed me with your drive, your talent and ability as an attorney, and also the compassion and generosity you showed to us. What a fine example you are to all who know you. I will be eternally grateful to you! My thoughts and...

I am one of Chuck's past secretaries at Suitter Axland. I enjoyed working with him and he was one of my favorite bosses. He was always willing to listen to people's problems and he would always do what he could to help. He was very intelligent and did his job well. I was so sorry to hear about his illness and his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with his family in this time of grief.

All I can say is you were a great uncle and had one of the best personalities around. My family and I enjoyed spending the past 8 months with you and your family. You will be missed greatly. You inspired me in every way possible and will continue to do so, thanks for everything.

I have good memories of Chuck, when he worked in our office as well as after he joined the law firm. He was always professional, and kind. He will be greatly missed
