Not sure what to say?

Ann, I extend my most sincere sympathy to you and your family. I pray that God will give you comfort, peace and strength as you grieve the loss of your Father and joy as you cherish fond memories and celebrate his life.

Gosh we were so lucky to have Charles Sartor as a friend and neighbor for so many years. Camellia Lane was a power house in the 50s and 60s of so many wonderful families and the Sartors topped the list. I am sure the memories of our lives intertwined are precious to all of us. This is a sad loss for us all of a very fine man.

A finer Southern Gentleman never existed. We both have very fond memories of Lane while at Noel Methodist. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Gloria and the entire family. Our lives were truly blessed by his presence.

I will miss Lane's gentle smile and kind
ways. I wish this sweet family to know I am with them in prayer. Jasmine Morelock Field

We are so sorry for your loss. May God keep fast hold of you with his right hand during this difficult time.

Gloria and family, Marilyn and I are sad to hear of Lane's death. He had a long life filled with many accomplishments. He will be remembered as a devoted family man ,a christian ,a successful business man and public servant. Truly a life well lived George Sartor

The Final Salute

“Brothers in Arms”, Military men and women down through the centuries, have traditionally exchanged “Hand Salutes” as a sign of recognition and as a way to render courtesy and respect one to another.

This “Hand Salute” is the last that we shall render to Charles Lane Sartor our “Brother-in-Arms”. To his family it symbolizes the love and respect that we have for Charles Lane. And to Charles Lane it is rendered as a symbol of honor and gratitude to thank him for...

I remember Mr. Sartor as a prominent citizen. I send my condolences to his family. May God bless this family in time of sorrow.
