I thought an awful lot of Chuck and I worked with him many road projects. He was an honorable and fair man who built good roads for the public.

Carol, Shaun, and Shea, you have been in our hearts and prayers since Chuck's passing over to the other shore. I was very saddened to hear of Chucks passing. His knowledge and professionalism within the industry of which we work is well known. I met Chuck and worked only one project with him (Ulmerton Rd.)and yet I knew him briefly I very much respected him. Chuck will be missed by all. My condolences.

Charlie was always special to us and we will especially cherish our last visit with him and the family in June 2009. The fish fry on the patio and dinner out in Tampa.....we are so happy we had such a beautiful visit, not knowing it would be our last time with Charlie.
