It was a pleasure to have known Charles. I first met him when he taught the singles group at Hurst Baptist Church some 30+ years ago. I have kept in touch with Charles over the years by stopping by his house and talking with him several times a year. The last time was around October 2021. I so enjoyed our visits. His humor was unique. I stopped by on 1/31/2022 of course he was not home. The thought occurred that he might be visiting Marilyn. May the grace and peace of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ be with those who miss and loved him.
