Not sure what to say?

I was friends with Charlie in HS and admired and appreciated his artistic abilities, creativity and enthusiasm. His "haunted house" decor in the basement of his home back then was always a trip! Glad to have known him.

So many good moments shared with a great guy!

I had the pleasure of working with Chuck while serving as the Director of Harrisburg Parks and Recreation. He was our Special Events Director during that time. He was a very outgoing and engaging individual. He was active in the arts community and always made himself available to a friend in need! He was creative and loved working with people! He will be missed! RIP Charles and thank you for making Harrisburg a better place to live, work and play!!

Condolences. You will miss Charlie.

I am indeed saddened at...

"Chuck" was a creative, energetic , fun-loving person. He made groups believe that we should have big goals and then showed us how to accomplish them. Although it has been many years since I last saw him, I will never forget his inspiring enthusiasm for life. Kay Patterson
