He was caring and loyal in sickness and health. He loved to dance and I had the pleasure of being his dance partner for two years. He made friends wherever we went. He will be missed by family and friends.

Charlie was a staunch supporter of dance in the Buffalo area. He was a proud member of The White Falcons Social Dance Club! I cannot believe he is gone. So saddened by this news.
