I remember Charles from his days in Medicare under BCBSF, now under FCSO. He was always happy and making you laugh. I have thought of him often.
I pray the family finds strenght and comfort in God and in their memories of him.

I was hired by Charlie in 1962 at Blue Cross of Virginia at that time he was building a sale force for marketing that became equal to none then or now. He was my mentor and friend. It was a real joy to be around him. He will be sorely missed by family and friends.
