Not sure what to say?

Charles was my very first boss out of school.

Charles may not know it, but he had a sizeable impact on the life of this boy from Pakistan. I made many mistakes - Charles overlooked them all - and only encouraged me to keep on going forward. A true teacher.

Seagrave family, I'm so sorry for your loss - I share in your grief. Charles you will be missed.

I worked with Charles during his years at Dolby Labs. He was always fun to be with, a great communicator, and sharp as a tack. I'm sorry he will be missed by his family and friends.

I am so saddened by this. I worked for Charles and we were friends for many years. He was so talented, kind and funny. I will miss him.

Charles was always such a nice and gentle person, even in elementary school when that was a rarity.

I have thought of Charles frequently over the days since hearing of his too early departure from this earth. We worked together at Dolby for many years where Charles was a mentor, a listener, a teacher, a leader and a friend - with a fine voice, both in speech and song. He will be missed by many . . .

Sorry for your loss, Jinkle.
from Mike & Jean Westfahl

When I was little I always looked forward to seeing my cousins Jinkle and Charles when they would come up to the Island to visit or to work at the family resort. One of my earliest, fondest memories of Charles is running up the stairs to the kitchen in the Lodge, grabbing his hands and putting my small feet on his for a "walk" around the room. He was indeed one of the kindest and most patient men that I ever knew and I will certainly miss him.
